Took several test and when I reviewed the test answers, they were completely different answer than I hadn’t submitted originally.. hopefully this issue can be resolved.

We should be able to pick our own topics and level of difficulty

Repeat questions poor rationals sends same questions over and over even though I have a paid subscription very disappointed

If I could do no Star right now I would, but it won’t let you leave a review unless you at least chose 1 Star. I Purchased off their website, went through the entire process, plan built, charged me $49.99, sent me a thank you email with a link.. All it did was set me up with the app then asked me all the same questions again to build a plan and asked me for money again. Long story short, I was charged and got no product in return. I emailed support several times as there is no phone number. Their emails back to me are generated. Disappointing to say the least when you are already stressed out about studying and taking your boards.. would really like the app to work but I can not get any help from any real live humans to correct the issue.
Make it work or give me a refund. Does not seem like to much to ask for. If they correct it I will leave a positive review, but for now very dissatisfied.

Wrong answers poor rationales
Downloaded just to check it out. After two practice tests and two 40 question tests it beaches clear that the app is flawed. Several answers that it claimed were correct were wrong and the rationales are lacking in clear and concise explanations
Answers are wrong
I’ve been doing these questions for fun ever since I passed my NCLEX Nov 2021 but it’s sad to come across many sources of wrong information in the questions. One asked “what is the main function of cranial nerve V (trigeminal nerve) to which I clicked on “controls the sensations of the face” but it said the correct answer was “controls the movement of the eye” which is wrong. And this isn’t the first example I’ve come across. Fix your app!! Stop giving out misleading information for people who legitimately need your information to be accurate for their exam

Good tool for NCLEX-RN
After purchasing subsciption, I estimated my performance. I scored 50-60% in a practice test. Then, I started solving over 100 questions per day and improved my scores from 50-60% to 75%. What I did was reviewing all wrong answers for each individual section (this tool allows you to do it). Another tip is to redo these incorrect questions. Congrats me on passing!!! Thanks for this tool!

All in one app
This is literally the Swiss Army Knife of Nursing. It's got it all and it is presented in a user-friendly and intuitive way. This is a great study tool that you can use and reference. A must have for everyone!

Scam app!!!
You can not use the app without subscription. The questions are very limited and useless. I paid for them and canceled after taking 10 questions. The pass rate over 98% with 20000 students? This developer has over 10 educational apps with same design and text. Check out his website then u will realize it is not legit and totally a scam.

Do your research
Be wary of developers making big claims in the App Store with nothing other than fake reviews to back it up. 20,000 students? 98% pass rate? Sure thing guys. This app was launched in January...
No website listed, all “company” communication in Google Docs and Gmail, and absolutely no online presence... Avoid. Go with a study resource that can back up their claims or at least present some sort of verifiable record of performance. 👎🏻
