Helpful for New and Experienced Nurses
I’ve been a nurse for years, and I really like this app. It doesn’t replace nursing judgment, but it’s a great tool to help you think through your assessment, remember what to monitor, and make sure you don’t overlook anything important. I use it as a quick reference, and it’s been very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to both new and experienced nurses.

The best clinical app out there!
I downloaded this app as a new grad and just started using it on my shift. omg, it’s amazing. You type in your patients diagnosis and everything about it populates in including the treatment plans, nursing actions, when to escalate. It’s concise and quick. It’s truly amazing
