The Nursphere® Wound Tracker™ is a companion App for Nursphere® Dome Bandages™ users only. The Nursphere® Wound Tracker™ App is for informational or monitoring only superficial wounds for users of Nursphere® Dome Bandages™. The Nursphere® Wound Tracker™ App performs superficial wound definitions, photo cataloging, photo capturing, superficial healing time tracking, scheduling, and continuous superficial healing observations based upon the user's selections and interactions. The Nursphere® Wound Tracker™ is not a medical device; the app does not and will not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The best measure of superficial healing is not made by photos alone; this app shall not be used as a substitute over the direct users' observation and or by a professional healthcare licensed provider(s). Users must not depend on this app for life-support, emergencies, and/or critical-care purposes. Users of the Nursphere® Wound Tracker™ should always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
