App doesn’t allow you to update anything aside from date but your profile is not able to be changed
Once I put a picture I’m not able to change it no matter how much I tried. I tried contacting support multiple times and they have not gotten back to me and it’s been 3 months or longer now
Nice but buggy
I am expecting twins and there are often bugs with my symptoms journal as if I hadn’t entered anything, before knowing I add twins I had « 1 baby » in the profile, it had never done this; I have to reboot the app to solve. The bump timelapse feature takes a long time to actually upload your pics to the system.

Not able to obtain my old info
I started using this app back in 2018. I have all my old baby bump photos saved in here for all of my pregnancies now I cannot get any of them off because they decided to delete everything. It sucks because I truly wanted my photos.
Unresponsive devs
Unable to login as a husband, but devs refuse to respond to emails. Even tried creating a new account as a pregnant woman, tells me email in use.

Cannot log in and no response from the devs via email. Phone number hangs up on you. No community forum.
Partner connection won’t work
My partner tried to add me. It will not sync, and will only allow me to create an account as if I am the one who is pregnant
No symptom tracking until 5 weeks.
This app is great and I love it-I have all of Glow’s apps. Warning to those who found out they were pregnant early like me: you cannot track symptoms until 5 weeks because apparently you wouldn’t have any symptoms until then… please do with that info what you will. I have, in the meantime, been tracking my symptoms in another app. Really unfortunate.

Ads, notifications, and sales
The app is nice the information is good. But even paying for premium I get tons of ads, my partner gets no access to our logs and I can’t turn off old notifications or ads. I also can’t add my latest bumpie it just won’t save. It’s super glitchy and getting more annoying by the week. It’s become more annoying than what I paid for which btw was the lifetime premium membership...
I have tried to contact customer service multiple times- and they are non-existent for this app.
I did a lot of research for what features for wanted in a tracking app and my recommendation would be go with Baby Center or something else. Willing to update if they ever get their experience right.

Scam!! Don’t download
I was early pregnant and downloaded a few apps to see which one I wanted to subscribe to. Did the same process with all I tried, signed up for the free trial. I pressed to sign up for the free trial on this app and it automatically right then and there charged me the yearly fee of 35.99. I looked in my subscriptions and was shocked to see the app renews in 1 year- without my consent. Don’t even know how to get my money back. So fraudulent and upsetting.

Used to be great
This app has fallen since I first started using it 7 years ago. It’s now filled with ads - even as a premium member - and the community is pushed way too much for how toxic it is. I just want to see a visual of my baby and learn about where I am in its development.
The widget has been broken my entire pregnancy too. So that’s a rip off. I’m really bummed about the direction of the app in general.

Very nice app
The most comprehensive pregnancy app!
I used Glow for getting pregnant and after getting pregnant I used Nurture for my pregnancy. I love both apps not only because of the comprehensive health tracking, but also the due date group community. Recently, I was even qualified for a baby breast pump the syncs with the Glow Baby app! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Better apps exist
I will start with the positives- I love the weekly updates and the daily articles. I love that there are number of free articles a week. I appreciate the curated information. I like that it’s synced to the other Glow apps.
Somethings I would like to see improved- the ads are a little much, including the product pushing in the free articles. The Shop feature is not very helpful beyond pushing specific products. Babylist is better in this area.
Why I deleted- I have decided to delete the app and the reason is Glow Community. I wish there was a way to turn off Glow Community. Within Glow Community, the downvotes are discouraging and the comments are often not very nice with very little monitoring beyond limiting profanity. It is pretty toxic and disheartening.
I would probably use Nurture again if I could turn off Glow Community. But until then, I am using different apps to track my pregnancy.
