App dont work.. impossible to use the item

Im waiting for more than 3 Weeks to use, but because the app / site is no working is impossible to set Meas… impossible to use

Support didnt work either

Scam alert! Do not buy

Charger wouldn't work out of the box. Contacted support. They said that is strange and then stopped responding. Pretty sure this company is a front that is set up to take your money and sends plastic bricks claiming to be trackers as justification. Stay away.

Frustrating enough that I gave up

I have up on Nurvv after a year. Toward the end, some kind of intermittent error would prevent me from starting a run with the trackers, about half the time. When I could get the trackers to work, corrupt session errors sometimes occurred, making it impossible to sync some runs. I also noticed inconsistencies in the pronation results.

Awesome!

I would have never known I over probate on one foot. I love the info it provides. I've got flat back syndrome which led to the over pronation. I'm working on correcting things and my back has never felt better.

Amazing customer service!

Had a very specific issue with connecting trackers with app and customer service replied back to my email within a few hours (on a Sunday) with a solution that fixed the issue, very impressed with the customer service! Have also been impressed with the product overall and like how they are always adding new capabilities, without requiring you to buy a new version!

Update caused issues.

Version 1.7.0 has caused issues where the app is not preparing the trackers for any run (outdoor/indoor). Prior to this update the app and tracker worked fine.
Any chance this issue can be rectified? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Great concept. App needs improvement.

The good: The hardware is great. I have used the cadence, stride length, pronation and balance data to improve my form and identify key aspects of my stride to focus on. I can even see my difference in pronation between the two pairs of shoes I use (Speeds and Clifton).

Needs improvement: The app needs more options for training and analyzing data while running intervals. Evaluating cadence and stride length by overall run and by mile/km is not enough detail.

The insoles are suppose to last for about 1000 miles. I hope improvements are made to the app. If not, I probably won’t get a 2nd set of insoles.

Sound

Tutorial video doesn’t even play sound.

Good idea - terrible execution.

Despite having great reception on my phone and Apple Watch (both of which know my gps), the app will not allow me to run bc it searches for gps for a good 30 mins. Only finds my location midway through my run. I started the pairing process (to find gps) 30-45 mins before my run to be able to use these, and that sometimes still isn’t enough time. Software has been updated - so it’s not that. It’s just garbage. Again, great idea - terrible execution. Unfortunate bc seems relatively easy to fix this despite the reviews.

Great product and customer support, take running to next level

Product has really helped me to understand how to improve my times and set PRs after plateauing for a couple years.

Product is new and features are still being released but the team seems to be very responsive to feedback and customer service is great.

Coaching is great, excited to try new Strava integration features.

Exceeded expectations

I am really happy with my purchase of Nurvv! I went out my first run earlier tonight and didn’t even feel the trackers. It already showed me that I’m landing with the rear of my foot more on my right side than my left which likely explains some pain in my right knee... Highly recommend especially because of their customer service. I had a little trouble connecting and reached out this evening expecting a response after the weekend. Sheri reached out in minutes! The one thing I really hope to see in the near future is an integration with Strava. The ability to upload my runs with route info and heart rate info would be key!

Very helpful

After about a month of using the product I’m really starting to get hooked on it. I’ve been able to correct a few running flaws and validate that I don’t have other issues. The app updates have definitely helped and the customer support has been fantastic. The app still has a few features lacking to make this 5 stars but the company listens to their users and I’m expecting these to be released soon. I’m definitely getting good value from my purchase - a great product with even greater potential.

Good idea, good hardware, bad iOS app

I like the concept a lot. The hardware is cool, sensors seem to be responsive and great.
iOS app that spins and has the “looking for GPS” bug makes the product unusable.

I really want to like these.

Please fix this now, this should be a quick fix you shouldn’t persist experience breaking bugs like this that make otherwise apply customers stop using your product.

Response from developer

Hi Kianna, Thanks for your feedback, we’re sorry you’ve experienced this problem. We recommend downloading our latest free app update (v.1.3.0) which offers improved speed in pre-run setup. We are also continuing to work on further improvements to GPS fix time which will be included in a future app release. To confirm normal experience with v.1.3.0, there will be a short wait after the trackers first power on in order to acquire GPS signal. If you’re running most days, this is usually no more than 10-15 seconds. If you’re running in a location where it’s more difficult to acquire GPS (e.g. lots of high-rise buildings, hills or dense vegetation around you) or it’s your first run in a while, the wait could be a little longer, typically 20-30 seconds. A tip we like to use if you’re experiencing longer wait times is to turn your trackers on and leave them somewhere in your house with a sky view (e.g. a windowsill) while you put your sneakers on before a run. Usually this gives enough time for the trackers to find GPS and you get out with less waiting around – this works for GPS watches too! If you still find you’re experiencing problems, please contact us on support@nurvv.com and our friendly team will be pleased to help out. All the best, NURVV team

Unhappy

I am dissatisfied with the product. Purchasing a largely untested product is always risky, but note that Nurvv charges a $100 restocking fee if you wish to return a product that doesn’t seem to properly work. The app seems to have a hard time acquiring a GPS signal even in wide open spaces when the phone, and other running apps, don’t seem to have the same issue. I would wait for v2 of this product and additional updates to the app. I will take my $100 loss but want others to be aware of Nurvv’s customer-unfriendly U.S. return policy and my general issues with this product.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with your NURVV Run. In order for NURVV Run to connect to GPS quickly, they must be stationary. Moving your NURVV Run while they are connecting with GPS can cause delays in the connection. The NURVV Team is working on speeding up the GPS acquisition time in future app releases. We thank you for the feedback, we are listening and working hard to improve the app and provide features to help users like you get the most out of their NURVV Run. At NURVV Run we promise to offer ongoing support for any issue you may encounter along the way, please reach out to customer service and Support@nurvv.com for any issues, questions, or suggestions for features you would like to see in upcoming NURVV Run app releases. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot sell the unit as a refurbishment due to hygiene reasons and therefore we do require a restocking fee if the product has been used. Sheri NURVV Run Team
