Wont even let me sign in. Keeps saying error and offers me a link to Totum to buy a card (I already have one I just bought).
Absolutely useless!
I will not be renewing my NUS card purely because of the app! A lot of the discounts are online only and the discount code doesn’t show, you must click ‘copy code’ however this doesn’t generate a code. So if you want a code to use online then forget it! Ridiculous for a card that you have to pay for

This app is shocking doesn’t have half the shops that accept it I work in a shop that take this student discount card and it’s not even on the app so just ask in the shops if you can use it.

Totum card
I pay and I applied for the ID card Totum, but the app didn’t allowed me to download that attachment and just wasting my money in a card I didn’t order ....Also I went to UNIdays site and I discovered that is free what bad business wasting money...I’am thinking to ask refund because of the card they plan to send instead the one I order...I don’t think the developer knows what he does...

Completely unable to upload any kind of picture id on app. Extremely frustrating

Too many faults
The links do not work nor do they load. The app does not work either. When you reset password it does not accept your password. The app glitches and is very slow. Nothing loads.
Never used it, UNiDAYS is free and better
The app never works and the offers are crap, not sure what the point to having the card really as most transport operators won’t accept it and most shops and cafes are happy with my University student card. Equally, their support is crap, you can’t call them and the email process took almost 3 months and now I still can’t get the app to link to my card.

If I had known that you get everything with UNiDAYS that you get with this clunky app that is paid for defacto by the mid extra card I wouldn’t have bothered!

Trying to click on a link to go to a deal and it doesn’t do anything, this app just takes up space on your phone, yeah it can tell you your card number and what not but it’s not accepted as a digital ID like the UNiDAYS one

All it shows is what discounts there is. The code given at the bottom doesn’t work. Weird and blurry look to it. Doesn’t seem to be optimised for certain phones. Pointless even using it. Or the even the card to be honest you can redeem discounts easier through other platforms other than NUS.
