Pre Ordered my box for a first week February delivery, as of 2/19 still no confirmation of shipment even though I was told multiple times it was shipped

I did not have payment options before I checked out not sure why it did not allow me to select another payment method.

I’ve placed 3 orders so far, the products are great for the price! I use this to get inventory for pop up shop sales, fast shipping and cases have exceeded expectations every time
Save feature doesn’t work
I love the app except I’m unable to save items. I tap the heart and the save button pops up but nothing happens when pressed.
Laggy and slow
It’s an okay app, the notifications are nice because a lot of what I want sells out a lot of quickly. However it does lag a lot or doesn’t load pages at all. Their website is also pretty slow so maybe they need a new IT team.
