These things are a lifesaver
They just work! I love them. I have them on my keys, TV remotes & now one that I can hang from whatever bottle of water I’m drinking at the time. lol
Disappointed
The Nut has worked perfectly for a long time. Then suddenly, it won’t ring or make any sound or vibration. It will make a sound when I push the button on the Nut. However, when I try to find the Nut with my iPhone, there is no sound. I have followed the directions that are available in the app. However, I have been unsuccessful in getting the Nut to help me find my keys.

Terrible
I log in to the app to see where my wallet is and its been offline for multiple days without telling me. I find my wallet on my own and see that maybe a button was pressed so I mess with it and it reconnects. I open the app a few days later to see where my keys are and lo and behold my keys have now been offline for a few days without any notification. When the app does decide to alert me that my object is 5 feet away from me it is extremely annoying and persistent vs a simple notification. You will only get notified when you leave it behind on purpose or of its a short distance away from you. Every where else you wont know its gone and it wont find it for you.

No sound on the device
The device doesn’t make a sound. Hard to find the keys when it does play a sound.
Significant drain on my iPhone battery
Not sure what’s up, but having Nut app run in the background contributed to a 20% drain on my battery for the last 10 days, which is more than 3x the runner up, Google Chrome app, everything else was sub 5%, and it shared over 10 days the app was running behind the scenes for 112hr but only on screen for less than 1hr, so I’ll try closing it when I’m not using it, but that is a significant usability issue for the app.

Terrible App
It doesn’t update Time or location. It updates just like Apple ever my few hours. And now that I’ve lost it, I can’t trace it at all. Which makes the tech useless. Like I’m literally trying to use the thing for what it was made to do and it doesn’t work.

Works fine only if I quit the app and re-open.
Otherwise the App is frozen anytime I need to find my item! Force quitting app is getting annoying I been doing that for about 1 year! iPhone 12pro & App updated newest versions.

Difficult to get another phone to help find it
Works okay with pairing and using with one primary phone. However it’s a nightmare trying to get your spare phone to pair with it by “sharing” and thereby help find a lost tracker.
Got the tracker to show on my spare phone after much trial and error but it never detects it even if right close to it.

Very very useful. I have four vehicles.

A few months now to report they are quite good. Definitely would purchase again. Note: When searching for your keys/item/device have other sources of noise eliminated so to hear the beep.

Does not work at all
Immediately ran out of power. I bought it two weeks before moving house and it still shows the location at my old house. I tried to use it a year after purchasing when I lost my keys and it was completely useless.
Very handy
I was looking for a good alternative to AirTags and this is a great solution in my opinion. It does have its downsides (like only tracking when connected to the phone), however if you don’t wanna spend a ton of money then this is the app for you.

No customer support and glitchy app. I can’t unbind but not can will the nut chirp when calling it from app. The only thing that works is using the nut to fine phone.

I have five of the mini trackers. After the updates all my trackers had to be set- up again. Now when I try to re- connect them they say I don’t have a valid account, but when I try to set-up a new account they say I already have an account. l am sooooo frustrated I can’t see strait!!!!!!I guess I am going to throw them all away and buy a different brand of tracker. Good luck to anyone who buys this brand!
