Withdrawal Process
I gave it 2 stars because it has paid out.. twice and waiting on a 3rd. The first withdrawal was super quick and easy. However, the 2nd time they requested I send in my email (even though it’s registered to the account), front and back of my ID, front and back photo of my debit card, as well as the personal account page of my bank app, and my routing number. I was very skeptical about it but did it anyway as it had been 4 days already. So after I sent that in I waited another 4 days for it to finally be in my account. So after that I thought all subsequent withdrawals would be easy peasy— false. After a week I tried to withdrawal once again only for receive notice of a delay.. keep in mind, my VIP level states that I get instant withdrawals and 24/7 customer service. When I inquired on the delay I was informed that my account was being audited. So here we are 4 days after the day I tried to withdrawal. I was originally told it would take 1-3 days for the process and now I’m being told the time frame has been extended. I’ve paid in 100s of dollars on the game over time and never seem to have an easy time with receiving what I’ve “won”.

So this slot game was fun for a while. But then everything changed when I added money/ I bought a promo thing they were doing $25 for $30. I never received it. Then the customer service still till this day keeps telling me a bunch of nonsense. They tried to tell me I received it, yet my recharge history STILL says waiting. Then they tried to tell me to check my payment channel. Then they went back to I received it. Then a few other excuses. Then on top of it I received a little bit of free money for logging in daily. I spent it and actually won $100 dollars. Then when I went to withdraw it they sent me a very weird message saying my withdraw was suspended! And wouldn’t give me my money. So I would find a real slot game that doesn’t screw you over like this. This app gets a negative from me!

Play the lottery you will have better chance of winning
I have played this game for over a month and have never won anything more than what I spent to get the SC dollars to play. Also, you will never ever be able to cash out if you start with the free $2 they give you. If you play on the $2 they start you out with it may go for awhile but it will never go over $25 and you need $35 to cash out. Trust me I have tested this theory by creating like 12 different accounts trying to just win the minimum to cash out at $35 and I have never won more then $25 on the free money they give you at the start; which equals $2 almost always! I really believed the 4 and 5 star reviews, saying that you will have great odds in your favor! Nope not true at all! Not even a little!

Shame on these companies that hide the truth behind small print and legal jargon. They advertise like crazy that you can win real money and it’s all legit. But the reality is you have to play a certain amount in order to win a certain amount. It’s totally rigged too. I could tell just based off the amount that it would let me win and how much I could bet. They keep you in it just enough to keep playing and staying interested, but never actually getting ahead. AND! Even if you somehow managed to get ahead, they make you jump through hoops just to cash out. And it wasn’t until the final step they tell you there’s a 10% processing fee. So if you won $1000 and tried to withdraw it. They automatically take $100 and you only get $900. That’s an insane amount just to “process”. Last thing that pops up is, “oh by the way. It may take 1-2 weeks for you to get your money. Even though it’s been verified twice and goes through an actual legit company like PayPal. Such a waste of time and money. If you download it don’t make the same mistake I did and stick to the fake money. Don’t deposit real money or you will be sorry. Shame on these companies. This should be illegal.

It’s a SCAM!
Like many others here, I saw an ad for this game and it appeared that Mr beast is the one who sponsored this app, and sadly it is not true. This app just wants to get as much personal info of yours that it can, so they can sell it off to other companies or even worse, Hackers or identity thieves. The other part of this scam is to get your bank info. They give you $2 to start off and they make it seem like you can take it all the way to $35 (minimum that must be hit to withdraw) but sadly you will never hit it. They will get you to about $22 before you start losing and then they will offer you packs to buy to get more gambling cash but it will forever be rigged for you to lose. And sadly you gave scammers your bank info at that point so they could possibly clean out your account. Please be safe and do your research on ANY app BEFORE you download it!
