Their customer service is a complete disaster. I specifically selected antioxidant drinks for my entire meal plan, yet they’ve been sending me Diet Coke instead. When I called to fix the issue, they arrogantly insisted I had chosen that option and basically said, “We can’t do anything — thanks for your feedback.”
