I liked it!
I’ve loved my balance and have fit the 4-5 years I’ve had it. But the app doesn't seem to accept the last iPhone update update. So now having to just make empties with it. No longer calorie counting & it measuring for me. Sad, as I always found value with this product & app. Before phone update I’d have give a 5 star. Now after… just a 3 I guess.

Terrible Product and App
How can an organization this successful, with this kind of distribution have such a terrible product. I’ve had to reset the app several times, rename myself blender and now, on this final failure, I am ultimately throwing the whole thing away and moving onto another product. Very disappointing.
Need to update ingredients search option!!
Love my NutriBullet and use it regularly. Always creating my own recipes. I Love the ability that it measures the ingredients for you and pretty straightforward to use. However, very disappointed that it is missing very basic ingredients like FLAXSEEDS and BEET JUICE!!??? I cannot comprehend how such basic healthy ingredients are not available in the ingredient list?
The app needs to be updated with a better ingredient list option and if that’s not a possibility then they need to add a feature where we can enter manually the ingredient and all of its nutritional caloric information.
Similar to MyFitnessPal.

Worthless
Well, not worthless if you’re simply looking up recipes.... I saved a recipe 3 times and and even saved the recipe as a favorite and it won’t save. I wanted to understand nutritional info on some adjustments to a standard recipe and it just deleted it (or never saved) just awful... what’s the point of creating a profile if nothing saves?????

Inaccurate Nutrition Tracking
I enjoy using my NutriBullet Balance for it measuring/weighing features. However, I believe the nutrition tracking is inaccurate. This is due to the fact that when I create a recipe the app only allows me to enter generic ingredients or THEIR brands. When I entered the same recipe in the Myfitnesspal app, it allows me to bar scan the product I’m using and thus creates more accurate nutrition tracking. NutriBullet’s tracker indicated 192 calories while Myfitnesspal indicated 326 calories. That’s a big difference for someone watching their daily caloric intake. Without accurate nutritional information, doesn’t that defeat the purpose behind the features of this product?
