NutrICU by AiR DP

NutrICU by AiR DP is a clinical decision-support calculator for the nutritional support of adult patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). It is built for physicians, intensivists, and clinical dietitians. NutrICU computes target energy and protein for critically ill patients from body weight and day of therapy, following ESPEN guidance for ICU nutrition. It is a calculator: it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment. WHAT IT DOES • Energy and protein targets with a progressive 7-day ramp (gradual advancement to avoid early overfeeding) • Anthropometry: BMI, ideal body weight (Devine), adjusted body weight in obesity • Adjustments for renal failure (with/without dialysis) and refeeding-syndrome risk • Built-in library of enteral formulas with per-mixture volume calculation • Save patients and calculations; copy and share results • Six languages: English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Chinese • "Materials" section: methodology, formulas, and a modern reference list (ESPEN 2019/2023, EFFORT Protein, ASPEN) FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS NutrICU is intended for qualified healthcare professionals.
