awesome app

First nutrition app I see that focuses on macros precision. Most people meal prep from a list of 20-30 ingredients. What this app does great is that it lets you define a list of those foods and creates meals from that list. Simply pick a meal you want and it gives you a recipe to cook it. Check the calories and protein to match 100% your target and get to go. Genius. Highly recommended and unique 💪
