I truly hate this app
Every time I open the app, I need to quit and relaunch before it will load anything other than a white screen. The lunch choices are shown as individual ingredients, so itās a guessing game as to what the entrees might actually be. There are sides listed too, but itās not always clear whether some foods are sides or entrees, because itās all mixed together in one list with no rhyme or reason, and thereās no way to tell which side goes with which entree. Honestly, this is the most useless app Iāve ever come across and I will be begging our school district to change.

Absolutely ridiculous that location is required. Super annoying, unnecessary invasion of privacy. Please revert back asap.

Functionality is bad
Why is there not a way to save my kidsā schools? Having to search every single time for the same two schools is cumbersome and ridiculous. Make it easier!
Itās like going on their website, but worse.
Itās literally the same, except there are no hot links for your organization, you canāt open any other tabs, and some of the buttons just donāt work because thereās no tabs to work with. Poorly integrated and frustrating to use. Stop making me find my organization every time I want to check the lunch menu. Itās not hard to have the site remember its user.
Also, most of the help instructions tell you to click on buttons that arenāt available.

Black screen
Trying to find my sonās school and when I choose it the screen just goes black. Not helpful at all.

App opens a black screen. Sometimes you can force close it and reopen and it will work. Sometime it will just never work. This is just a front end for their website. At least add something if itās an app to download. Would rate 0/5. Itās so annoying.
Not working
Very displeased. I am trying to see my schools lunches the days before, however the app is not working and will not show me the lunch or pre order options for the day or any other days before nor after. I know my school works for this app because i see it on others phones, so why is it just not working for me.

Absolutely useless!
As soon as I enter our school and search the screen goes black and then freezes up. Complete waste of time!
Horrible app
Since the new year the app is so slow it times out and have to reinstall the app constantly. It is not convenient or user friendly. Please fix your app or donāt have one.
Needs work bad
Besides not remembering passwords and usernames, it takes way to long to load and is incredibly slow. Now I canāt even seem to place orders anymore.

Never remembers me
The app is fine, except I am always prompted to log in, despite checking the box to remember my credentials. It would be great if this glitch we addressed or if the app could integrate facial recognition.
Ingredients hard to read
This app is very nice for looking at menus but the ingredients for dishes are hard to read since the main ingredients arenāt bolded or distinguishable from the smaller ingredients that make up the main ingredients.
Needs nutrition export to Health app
Love being able to add my meal to the nutrition, calculator and see how all the choices I make add up to a healthy meal. Would be even better to be able to export this to Apple health nutrition. Please add this feature.
