The food is great; the app stinks

My review title says it all. My dogs are thriving on the food - and I'll continue feeding it to them - but the app is useless! I can't even sign into it any more!

Come on Nutrisource, do right by your customers! Give us an app that works; or provide us with REAL people we can talk to when we have questions!

Can’t register

I’m bummed this app doesn’t work. It doesn’t get me through to registration after receiving the code via text to even start the registration. I hope this gets resolved soon.

Won’t register

Your app will not get u past the code to start your registration. Is there another way? This should be available online at your website for the rewards since ur app does not seem to work.

Can’t log in

I’ve had rewards with NutriSource for years, always under the same phone number. It sends a confirmation code just fine but won’t do anything when hitting register. Very disappointing and frustrating.
