So I started this healthy journey of mines a few weeks ago and knew I needed some type of app to help me along the way cause I knew I couldn’t do it myself with my lack of knowledge.I must say that from the beginning of the app where they asked questions about me I knew it was going to be a great help, specifically curated to me and not the “group” I belong in, food recommendations that I actually like and reliability is at an all time high.looking forward to the rest of my journey with the help of this app.Thank you.
