I can’t complain
If you read through the comments, you will notice bad reviews and good reviews. For me, I took the bad reviews with a grain of salt and let me tell you how happy I am. Choosing to buy some products through the app for my allmax collagen and Jocko protein powder was quick and super convenient. I ordered on a Tuesday and in the same week on a Sunday I received my order. It only took 3 business days to be shipped out and two more days to receive my order. Everyone has their experiences and difficulties but I can’t complain.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Nutrition Faktory. I purchased a product, all my information was correct, and the charge went through to my bank, but a few hours later they canceled
DONT BUY!!! Cheaper products and shipping somewhere else!
I ordered, protected my order, and did everything needed to get my product. When ordered the website promised 2-3 day shipping. In fact is not a promise they’re willing to keep or care about. I’m one state away and I placed my order “after hours” on Monday. Once I did my delivery date was Wednesday so 2-3 days even with after hours ordering. So why does the delivery change to Friday… almost 4-5 days to ship. I get in touch with them see what can be done and they gaslight and are unwilling to even just refund the protection fee of .99 cents! The only reason I protected it was if it was late ig damaged lost as well but mainly late cause I’ve never had a package not show up or damaged anything. I wasn’t even asking for the $10 I payed for 2-3 day shipping but I know I’m definitely not getting that back. Save yourself the trouble and DONT ORDER! Find somewhere else anywhere else is cheaper and better shipping. For a small and growing business I expected better. Highly disappointed:/
