Non-existent app support
Subscribed for their tier 1 services in early April (2/4/24). Faced some issues with the app and sent in TWO support messages 3-4 working days apart.
No replies, no support provided up till the last day of subscription ended. Disappointed in their services and wasted my money.

App opened, but blank screen??
The app just showed a blank screen when open, tried to re-download the app but problem still persist. Tried to sign in as new user but app keeps loading but no progress??
No longer free to use
Used it to record daily calories intake. After the ‘enhancement’, it’s no longer free to use to record calories intake.
Good app- highly applicable to SG lifestyle
This is a good/ easy to use app- I am able to find all singapore hawker food, popular cuisine - including Mr Coconut in the menu. The food selection is very wide. The only set back is the calories quota is quite low so it’s quite demotivating at the start, but overtime, you will learn to control and make better food choices!
