FAQ

What is Nutstore?

Nutstore is a cloud storage service designed for secure file synchronization and backup. It allows users to access their photos, videos, and documents from any device, anywhere. Files saved to Nutstore on a computer automatically sync to other connected devices and the web.

How does offline access work?

The 'Favorite Folder' feature allows you to designate specific folders for offline access. Files within these folders are automatically updated from your LAN desktop client, ensuring you can access them even without an internet connection. Opened files can also be cached for offline viewing.

What are the subscription options and costs?

Nutstore offers 'Nutstore Standard Pro' for $40.99 yearly and 'Nutstore Advanced Pro' for $86.99 yearly. These are auto-renewing subscriptions that provide unlimited data transfer and additional features. Pricing may vary by country.

Can I use Nutstore with other apps?

Yes, Nutstore supports the WebDAV protocol, which allows popular applications like iWork, GoodReader, Notability, and Zotero to read and write files directly from your Nutstore cloud storage.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are auto-renewing and valid for one year. To avoid automatic renewal, you must disable the auto-renew option at least 24 hours before your current subscription ends. You can manage this setting within your iTunes account settings.
