The Nuvance Health mobile app will connect you to useful information such as your medical record if you are a patient, and health and wellness news. Nuvance Health is a nonprofit health system spanning the Hudson Valley in New York and western Connecticut. Nuvance Health includes seven hospitals — Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York — as well as many primary and specialty care physician practices, rehabilitation, and home care.
