Simple but works for me
I use this app with my security camera system, works everywhere I’ve been overseas, via wifi and 5g. Very happy with it.
App is not working
The app is not working ever since my IPhone 11 Pro updated to the IOS 14. It’s saying failed to access DVR.
Can't even see my cameras
When I click the device I want to control the app immediately crashes, a stability update is needed
Please fix it work only WiFi
Please fix it works only in WiFi not working in 4g iPhone X

Hello Bondiyt, this app certainly works from any internet connection, and works very well from 4G. Your issue is likely related to firewall blocking your connection to your DVR or not connecting to an external IP or DDNS hostname. If you need further assistance a computer tech can help you troubleshoot your network.
