Glitchy, bugged out, & not user-friendly in any way.
Nuvision’s automatic disabling/fraud detection system continuously auto-locks my card despite my manual disabling of those settings. When I go in the banking app to enable it again, it shuts itself off as soon as I exit the app. Okay, so I try to remedy this with the Card Management app instead— big surprise! The app won’t even open & load to be usable. The credit union is closed, so I can’t even call for assistance & now I’m going to have to eat late fees on my bills because I can’t transfer my money where it’s needed to pay them. This is more than frustrating & almost a bi-monthly occurrence and has me considering closing my account at this point.

Barely Works
This app barely manages to work most of the time. Nuvision already had the ability to disable your card in their main app.
Zelle
I've been trying to send money for the past 5 days through Zelle but I get an error saying it's not in use. So frustrating! I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different credit union.
Obsessed
So obsessed with this app! Extremely easy to lock my card and mange the pin. Thanks NuVison!

This app is great because it allows you to lock and unlock your card at your convenience.
Bring back the old app
The new app is not customer friendly! No account balance anywhere! No easy transfers. No detailed account information.
Not easy to navigate
This update has been very frustrating to use. The mobile app does not show the screen correctly on my iPhone. Also,I didn’t see my paycheck deposit. I called customer service and was told the deposit showed on their end, but for unknown reasons, did not show on my end. I wonder what other transactions I’m not able to see. I suggest the software developers look at BofA or Chase mobile banking—those are much user friendly.

Worst app ever
Can’t find balance anywhere & I will be livid if I have over draft fees

Can’t access my account!!!! The app is not clear, does say to enroll or use previous account. Don’t like the new format and I am one who likes change.
Confusing and Irritating
I’m not opposed to the thought behind the app but why couldn’t it just be incorporated in the last one? The last one was convenient and looked really good. I hate not being able to check my balance and having to manually go through to calculate it. But it gets confusing to do that even because of all the double transactions that pop up. The idea behind the app isn’t bad. But again, this could have been incorporated in the last app which was more to my liking.

Great for what it is!
This is not the NuVision mobile banking app! This is strictly for your NuVision cards. Makes it super easy to check balances, see pending and approved transactions, make payments on cards or validate cards for travel. The mobile banking app can be downloaded using the link in on the web version of the NuVision site.

The Most Useless App
I’ve been with this credit union since the E1 Financial days and this app is literally the first complaint I’ve ever had. What was wrong with the previous app? Seriously this app serves absolutely no purpose especially to those of us with checking, savings and debit cards. What is the point of only showing transactions?

Nuvision CS told me not exactly what it is but he said that don’t use the Nuvision cards app.

Crap app
I can not figure out My balance how do I do bill pay. Did you even try this before publishing. The worse app ever. I need a working app or I will change my banking Unbelievable a third grader can do better.
Downgrade so far
So far, I’m able to only see my transactions. I can no longer view my balance of either my checking or savings account. I also cannot see the status of my personal loan nor the balance of that anymore either. I also do not see the function of transferring money from my checking to my savings account. I literally can only see my past transactions. Major downgrade!

I still can’t get into mobile banking app and the number it gives to get support isn’t even the right number then they give you another number and it just turns into a calling number after number game after waiting to talk to someone for almost 30 mins just to have them tell you they can’t assist you here’s the number that can

Download the other app
I read the reviews and didn’t want to download something that wasn’t working. This is a card management app, download the other version that says finance and you’ll be fine.
Terrible
So frustrating to go on an a new app that does less than the previous app. I was only able to see my transactions. No balances, no transfers from one account to another. Pointless.
