Too many steps to verify. Log in should not take more time than it does to fix the equipment.
Never a smooth experience
This app has too many issue. Every update just changes what has the issue. Now, I have to cancel every transaction and reset the app to move forward after updating a WO. It will just get stuck on the wheel till I can cancel and restart the app.
Nuvolo
This app is terrible. If I start a ticket there is no way for me to back out of it and check for other calls without being kicked off and time started is no longer reflected, like I didn’t clock in at all. And, if I leave the app unattended for more than 5 minutes, the app shuts down and I have to go through starting the app all over again just to get back to where I was when it shut down. A real pain in the butt to use! Also I am not notified when I get a new work order and I used to get notified.

Barely works.
Works just as well as sudona from my last job. They both suck.
Repairs needed
Keeps kicking me off, resigning and deleting apps to reboot it lot more worked and worth a lot of work from kicking off in the middle of the work order. Does not save info or when you hit the play button does save. Takes forever to load up Work Orders.
