Won’t work after update.
I used to love this app. I did have problems with it when I had an older phone. I have since gotten a newer phone and it was working great. Just did an update of the app just yesterday and since then it doesn’t work. Tells me I have to go to NVSEE international, so I did. Guess what? It doesn’t work either.

Serious PROBLEM
Since the upgrade I have not been able to sign in to my cámaras on my cel phone this is bad and nobody has answers or help.

Everything was working wonderfully until recently in the last month my cameras are just black I don’t know what to do to fix the problem. Still haven’t gotten a response in regards to my cameras they’re working but they’re just black I will need to know what do I need to do to be able to see my viewing with my cameras please somebody respond

Not good
Every time there is a new update I have a problem logging onto my cameras and it usually takes another update for them to realize their mistake just pick a version and stick with it once it works I regret having to use this app I wish there were other options

Problem in latest release
This was working perfectly until latest update 3 days ago. App says my passwords aren’t secure enough. That’s a great feature. The problem is that it will not accept any new password I try to use following all the rules in the pop up message about using letters, numbers, and a limited set of special characters. It works with the old password (which includes a character not in the message list), but will not let me change the password using several different combinations.
It also doesn’t help that the app works in several languages, but the descriptions of the changes and all the pointers to help on the website are in Chinese.

Fix slow
The program has become very slow after the last update, please fix the bug quickly
Works but info is in Chinese!
Looks like I’m going to have to learn Mandarin because all the instructions and info is NOT in English. I do not see the language options. Otherwise it seems to be working as before.

Kicks me outta app when trying to connect to cameras
It’s been a great app until recently when I started having issues with the app closing when I try to connect to my cameras. It just shuts down and goes to my home screen. I have to do this a couple of times before I can get it to load the videos. Other than that I haven’t had any problems.

I have 3 different systems and this is the oldest of them all yet it is my absolute favorite. It’s easy to add your device and easy to playback footage. You can set it to record motion and all the time. It’s easy to download the specific footage you want to take a closer look at. It neatly organizes all your videos into 10 min clips which is awesome. My only complaint is that I can’t use it for my other systems lol. Thanks guys for a great app

After this latest update I cannot login to my account to view my cameras to Chinese writing cannot translate to English wish this would be in English so I can get my password can you please make it so I can go to google translate and translate from Chinese To English I cannot login. After they update you version it’s all in Chinese how can you get it in English???
