Please fix “AWAY PERIODS”. Glitchy. Has a hard time editing and deleting. Sometimes scrambles the dates!

I love this app. I really appreciate all the work that went into this app. I have a question. Is it possible got submit my time on the last day of the month? If not why do I get a reminder on the last day to submit my time? Thanks

NW Publisher provides a very informative platform to maintain and inform the congregation. Provides a method to reach members during an emergency, notifies members of important information such as events, visits, presentations and much more. This program works well and interfaces with NW Scheduler very well. My job as administrator is made much simpler with this application. Much appreciation goes to those behind the scenes to make this application very user friendly.

I’m 75 years old and sometimes I forget things. This application enables pioneers to keep an accurate record of their time. additionally. The way public witnessing is set up. It’s very easy to connect with other others. It works for me!

Get this app out of beta. Even JW library supports more os then this app and it’s free and non profit and hour glass is non profit too. 🤔👎😨😯.
I also feel making this app paid for by a local congregation and sold exclusively to Jehovah’s Witnesses kind of unusual. I mean you only customers are JWs for commercial purposes. 🤷♂️. What’s up with that. And the weird requesting need to boast about please review our software and spread the word seems more like a cheap way to say please buy more of our products were better then everyone else.
I really think you all need to reevaluate your business model. Because you have turned something a spiritual congregation would use into a business which brings this whole thing into question.
PS Please also get ready for the day when Jehovah’s organization may integrate all of this type of software for free into somthing they make and your whole software becomes obsolete. Hope you have a backup plan.
Pss also hourglass is “optional” end to end encryption the same way as the share nw scheduler servers are “optional” feature that stores all our data on your servers. When both apps use encryption essentially both storing noise data on the server with OUR data obfuscated on it. Please update your website as the way you market against hourglass is very deceptive against those brothers and using the scriptures in that manner is not an excuse for that false statement.

Support is a nightmare
Before anyone migrates or wants to switch to this app, rethink long and hard. Support is very frustrating to say the least, the developer is arrogant and never tries to own up to the problems. Support takes an act of congress to even create a ticket and perhaps it’s to discourage friends to creating a support ticket in the first place. You need screenshots,documentation,os version,timestamp,video of the problem and if you don’t provide this info you can’t submit the ticket. The other major problems we encounter are the nightmare synchs across the organization,sometimes it disconnects from the account other times the info drops out and we have to add back into the schedule again in nw scheduler which is the desktop application to set things up. True cloud apps will continue to function if there is a version mismatch, but with nwpub. Forget it, it will cause heartache to many friends. I may sound harsh here,but if nobody says anything then perhaps nothing will change for the better within the support process and workflow and or making this app more versatile,backwards compatible and more user friendly ,the gui for the cleaning schedule is another area it needs help with ,instead of clicking,allow for drag and drop feature into the fields above for groups cleaning,it’s so time consuming to click ,click,click and then to delete is also frustrating,make a right click function to be able to delete rather than go to the field and then click the eraser button. Anyways,hope this helps others to make informed decisions and also address some service SLA issues as well,because even with the proper documentation,this cat doesn’t respond back or takes weeks to respond and then when he does he’s practically making you feel like we are the problem.😳

I love this app. I think it’s great, but can you add a category for inventory, literature?

Thanks to Jehová for this app and to the brothers that made it, now it’s so much easier to stay on track with assignments and any other tasks. Something I really like is that I can see who will come to my congregation to give a talk also for pioneers something really handy is that I we can keep track of how many hours we have every month. I love this app so much and Im really appreciated. ❤️

many bugs
This version has a lot of bugs; in the app's display, the TASKS and HALL CLEANING assignments are wrong, and the checkout conferences don't show the conference number.
Service time disappears
This doesn’t always happen, but more than half the time I submit my service report and it says submitted successfully. Than a few days later I am reminded to submit my time by my service group overseer. (My husband) I usually do it the last day of the month or the first of the next month. In all my years,(almost 60) of a publisher, special full time, and regular pioneer I have never forgotten. I’m not tooting my horn, just shows how serious I take this. My record is being tainted 🤭.
On the positive side I really enjoy this app, everything in one place. We all know what is going on and the spiritual activities run smoothly. Thank you very much my brothers and sisters.

We love the app really easy to use. Do appreciate the recent sorting feature you have added under territories for sorting. Would be nice to sort telephone or names. Also I was thinking it would be good to have messaging directly through the app instead of using third party apps to message our friends from the cong.

There are too many updates.
Every time there is an update, problems occur and it becomes very inconvenient. Sometimes I can’t see my territory, and sometimes my schedule gets messed up. Please make sure to properly test updates before releasing them. This is really causing me trouble.

Problem
Have used the app for a couple of years with minimal problems. Have NWP on three devices. iPad and iPhone. On the iPhone the Documents and Letters are visible but on the iPads they give error messages and do not download other than for the header for the document. Have the latest version of the apps installed. What is the solution to my problem?

An Incredible App!
Hey! A new brother here, I just got baptized at the Special convention in Sacramento and I want to say our brothers at bethel worked so hard to make this app and I feel super happy to see upcoming events and My Parts. I wish a good luck to those out there!
Buggy
Recently the app loops when starting up. I deleted the app and know I can’t sign in.

I hope they can get this resolved SOON.
