Publishers Be Patient-Extremely Buggy on NWS Side
When it works, it is great! However, as a secretary, there seems to be constant issues. You need someone that is a little tech savvy to troubleshoot issues/problems from New World Scheduler side, which feeds the app its data. It seems to be a constant. We’ve had a few years now. The fixes are easy, but you have to dig for info. Sometimes you have to wait a week or so for developers to correct on their side. However, you never really know which side the issue is on, theirs our yours. It’s not rock solid. You just need to be prepared for the frustrations and ready for the maintenance in New World Scheduler, which drives the app. So, if you are using the app, please be patient. I’m sure your secretary is aware and working diligently to find the issue.

Can’t submit service time before end of month
Really sucks when travelling at month end. Please fix!!!

Awesome app for us jws
Love the app. It helps with everything and knowing what’s going on in our congregation. It’s a real help. I also would like to know What the donations are going to? The app asked for me to donate and I was confused. Why does the app need money from us brothers and sisters? And where does the donations go to. A lot of us are curious.

Submit time is buggy
I think it’s a good app! I appreciate knowing the upcoming Sunday talks and speakers, knowing my upcoming assignments, seeing events for assemblies and memorials, the territory feature is cool! But submit time is super buggy. I’ll submit it and either it doesn’t register for the secretary they don’t get my time, or it does register they get my time, but it will still show on the app I didn’t submit my time for the month. I wish they could get that worked out.

I have a question- is there a way to have my old congregation field service time moved to the new congregation to better see how this service year is going? I've lost 5 months with the new changes, and would like to see how I'm Really doing.

I am having a similar problem as PestM
Both my wife and myself have successfully posted our report, only to be asked to submit our report.
The information needed to be manually added.

Problem since last update
When I try to open my territory map, the app just shuts down. I really don’t want to put a negative review because I find this app to be very useful. And I know they will fix the problem.

Great app but keeps crashing
I have the app on my Iphone and IPad. It is fine on the IPad but when I am out depending on my mobile data, it constantly crashes. I delete the app and go through putting in all the info again. It works for a couple of days and then it crashes again. I need it when I’m out and about, not just at home.
