Serious loading and start problem

Reptile & amphibian bundle- when purchased neither loads. This morning when I tried to open the amphibian part— it works and is very nice!!! I will continue to try to load the reptile part. I think they have a bug to fix. If it takes awhile to load info like Merlin did with bird packs you NEED an indicator bar so purchasers know something is happening behind the scenes!
