Worthless

If you have an iPhone or iOS device don't even bother with this app.

Almost useless

whoever wrote this app should know that real estate agents are out in the field 90% of the time. So I don't understand why I can't create an automatic search to go to my clients from my phone. It's ridiculous that I would have to use a desktop or laptop computer in order to create a search for my client. I should be able to do it right there on the fly. This is just one of many limitations with this app.

Needs work

It takes too long for the app to synchronize with your desktop account. I don't know what the rule is for adding your favorite searches either. Some show up on the app some don't. Also, it doesn't consistently add the cart favorites to a contact. There must be some rule there too? Some of my contacts carts are good, some not?

Much Better!

Definitely better visually but the "New" Listing time period gets in the way of when the property goes pending. Eg a property is listed and goes pending the same day, the pin stays bright green without changing to orange until whatever time period you have set for a new listing to stay bright green. Only inside the details can you tell that it is actually pending. Please fix this issue it is confusing when looking on the map.

There will always be bugs to improve on! Nice job so far.

This Could Easily Be Much Better

about the only thing it is good for when working with buyers is looking up a property to get at agent remarks. It is highly non functional to not be able to cart listings to make it easy to go back and look up. once you go back to main menu, what u had looked up is gone. why is hard to understand. being able to save listings in a client identified cart to make it easy to go back to them on the road seems like a no brainier. it seems like u need a core group of mobile users to give u feedback on how to make it a more valuable tool for RE Brokers.

Good but needs work

I use this app all the time - but I'm not sure how perfect the data is. Seems like it doesn't show the most updated information, and really wish is had more of usual features of the NWMLS website (please make THAT more mobile).
So I only use this for casual purposes, not for serious searches or with clients.

Good App

I really like having this app on my ipad. Like others have said, it does not have the full functionality of the NWMLS site, but it is very handy to have when you are out driving around, showing houses, or hosting an open house. It provides good, quick information when I need it.

Missing full functionality

This is helpful and I'm glad it exists. But I wish it was as robust as the normal website. I would like to be able to check my Suprakeys activity on my listings from this application. Had also to be able to change listing input and add open houses

Not a fan!

I was so excited that the MLS was creating an app... SO EXCITED!! But when I got a chance to use it I hated it almost immediately. It's functionally awkward. It restarts every time you change between programs (iPhone). Address searches do NOT find the property via the search bar (cross referenced this against the traditional website and the surprise/surprise, it worked just fine).

I'll even admit that maybe I'm missing something but, if so, there should be some clues out there for the less sophisticated users - god knows they probably quit on the first failed attempt.

Great Tool, good start

This is a fantastic asset in the field, especially on the iPad. It has a long ways to go to give you the kind of flexability you have with the desktop version, but it's a great start. Definately needs to have more customization in the searches. I'd love to see a feature to "build a tour" that would navigate the broker and the client and bring up last and next properties as you are driving. Most NWMLS subscribers I've spoken to are offended that given the high dues we pay the NWMLS insists on charging extra for this app. It should be part of their normal expense of updating and maintaning the functinality of their service. I look forward to regular updates, please!

Handy

I use this when I am in the field and see a property I didn't print information. I can determine if I can enter the home while I am parked in front.

It does have some issues, but well worth having as an additional tool.

It is current location specific, that is the value.

Managing Broker

Love this app. Saved my bacon at an open house to see what else was available in the neighborhood. Allowed me to go show right away rather than wait until later. Allows you to "strike while the iron is hot.". It's a little slow on 3G

Realtor thoughts on your App

Ok app. I can get quicker information that is more user friendly on several other apps. Provides all but phone to show. The biggest deal is that it SHOULD be included with dues or a one time fee! Because with our phones we can just go into the MLS with one more step, so you should rethink your position. I agree with a one time fee. Not monthly. It's not that great.

Glad you finally did this however

This thing could use a means to look at the location quickly w/o leaving the app. Perhaps in addition to the navigation, you could just look at the map location which is something that exists already in the app. That way when looking at auto-emails you don't have to know by address where listings are located, or unnecessarily press a lot of buttons.

Thanks
