I sent email to Minister, chairman and all senior idiots who hold key positions. No one is accountable for the Water Board. Even in year 2025 if we cannot have app for customers to view their water bills what kind of country is that?
Unable to login
Once the app was hacked and once contacted they denied it and said it was a tech error. Syntex error. Unable to login or reset password. Is this the genuine App ? Is it tested before release?
Poor performance
I have sent several emails to fix sone issues we are facing with the app and as well as NWSDB billing issues. Don’t seems that someone responsible person is care about the customer issues. Really careless people. Will report to this issue to Hon Mr President.
