When the explanations for a product have not been reviewed enough to catch grammar, spelling, and usage for the language you’re using, you have to wonder if the product is really quality. Just reading through their science of blocks I found 7+ errors

Better than a pain pill
Developers have had difficulty with app. With every update it crashes. Latest update I have to manually start it as app will not load. I love this device. Hope the engineers can figure it out.
Used to work great
I used to use this on a daily basis many times a day. However, in the last month, the app keeps crashing every time I try to open it and has made the device completely useless. Rebooting the phone uninstalling the app reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to fix the issue. Complete waste of money if you can't use it without the app.

Everyday network credential issues
Everyday I attempt to use this device and when I open the app it auto shuts down with network and credential issues. It’s rather obnoxious. Which compounds when you hurt and are trying to use a device that requires internet, Bluetooth, and an app. So stupid
Great for my pain relief
I used it quite often when I have pain. More I used better I feel. Sometime it relives pain very quick. Sometimes it takes a more time to work depending on what type of pain you have.
