So far every time I push a button on this app, it takes me to a different page and doesn’t let me go back a page or renavigate a page. This is very disappointing, especially when I want to get information on a New York City building and they’re acting like they have the informationso that I can be more informed with what I’m getting involved with thank you so much

Favorites keep getting deleted
Convenient app, but with every update, my favorites keep getting deleted. Highly frustrating. Please fix this issue!

Great idea but not enough info
This app should include all of the BIS search fields i.e. elevator device #, boiler device #, violations, licenses etc.
Nice idea
BIS isn't exactly easy to use on a smartphone but it's unfortunately better than the app. Slow/laggy and menus popping up where they shouldn't which prevents access to the search fields I was trying to access. Will keep using BIS for now.
Capabilities
Maybe I didn't look enough but there should be 'e filing'. I can do it through a browser but a dedicated app is better.

Thank you for this. This helps out a lot. We do not need to run to the computer the check the status of a job. No more waiting on long lines while at the borough office.
