Missing Key Features
The Bus Time App is reliable but missing some very important features. Buses are generally on time but I can’t use this app only. I have to download a ton of other apps just to be able to see where I can transfer buses. There is no indication of transfer stops in this app. I would like to know what buses can I transfer to and what times those buses arrive without having to go through the confusing process of typing in each bus separately and then scrolling to find the stop and then time. Also, this is where a favorite feature would save time. This entire process is too much when you’re traveling and on-the-go.

Q7 bus
Why the schedule is not up and when it’s up, it’s incorrect. Ex: it’s 1:22 pm today Monday and the bus is scheduled to depart the JFK hub at 1:05pm.

Who should I contact for poor bus service on B17 and B14
This is ridiculous waiting at Eastern Pkway and Utica for the B17 to move. Been here 15 mins. The buses are all parked up an going nowhere. I saw about 5-6 bus drivers sitting in one bus hanging out and talking. Over 50 people waiting to go home between the B17 and B14. This is not fair. These people are at work or coming to work from home. They don’t care. It is freezing cold outside. One little child was stomping her feet because she is freezing. There has to be a better way. Because it is a minority neighborhood that’s why bus drivers feel they can treat them however. Funny because they look just like those same people. If I could they wouldn’t even get one star. GET IT TOGETHER MTA!!!

Not reliable app
The app not very easy to use. Sometimes the data display is not correct.
Works sometimes
Probably accurate 60% of the time. Once a week I miss a bus that says it’s 15 minutes away, then it jumps to 1 minute away.
Three Q41s went toward Howard Beach none coming back.
Not understanding in this freezing cold weather why bus transportation is the worse. In the summer time the bus run smoothly. The Q 21 used to run well just like the Q41 but that is the worst out of the two. Now the Q 41 is doing the same thing. Like get it together MTA

This is the best bus app but for the past week, it keeps freezing until you delete and reload it again . Please fix !
