A poorly made App that’s getting worse with age
It was a very poor old when it first came out 10+ years ago. Last update was 3 years ago and is only getting worse. Unfortunately this is the only way to complete Death Certificates.
Not intuitive
Regarding filling out death certificates, not clear as to what screen to go to. Doesn’t tell you to save screen to move forward. Highlighted windows imply that information is wrong causing user to re input where in fact the information is correct. Doesn’t tell you at the end whether certificate has been accepted or if it is still incomplete. Very frustrating and time consuming experience.

“Not Connected to Internet “
Major Issues
Very glitchy. Will be connected to wi-if and it keeps saying I’m not connected to internet. Needs to be fixed.
Unreliable. Rarely works
More than half of the time do I need to call technical support because I get an error when scanning the QR code.
