Unacceptable
How can I financial company managing the amount of funds and assets not realize how bad this app is. I agree with the other review, I question the professionalism and abilities of a company who can’t produce a working secure app. it shouldn’t need mentioning that this isn’t a expensive or out of reach request.

Save the frustration and get on your computer
The app is so Mickey Mouse that I have honest concerns about this company’s mobile presence and the security of my retirement funds. The app looks like a kid’s project. It’s visually lacking. I guess I expected much more out of such a large, global wealth management firm.
How can this app be available?
It’s so bare bones that I’m baffled as to who even engineered the UI. I wouldn’t think one person could have such a simple view of how something is supposed to work. The app hasn’t been undated in 2 years; is security a problem? It’s very unfortunate that my 401k is held by this company.
