Worst service
I been trying for long time to reach customer support, but no use. Even I could not able to submit a request through their app. Always getting error. I have some $'s left, that I can't use it now š. I don't recommend this app.
Horrible service
It is more than 3 weeks , send already email to fix , but nobody cares to fix the problem,, you cannot make any calls, they cannot solve the problems.
It is old version.
I been been using the app more than four years but now I couldnāt make call due to the application Is old version. The recharge my account and it has a deal expired soon . I couldnāt even contact customer service .
Fake app
I try this app for use it to activate account in another country like what I saw the advertise but I shocked because itās not working and I try it with my phone number still the same I send complain to customer service but nothing I advice anyone he want to try this app donāt do that Because you canāt reach what you want I put one star but if I can I put zero for this app

āSomething went wrong with the callā
I keep getting this whenever I call anywhere. I contacted the support team more than 10 times, never heard back. Any my problem never get solved. I am frustrated. Very unprofessional response, rather no response at all. I donāt recommend this app.

The app crashes everytime you login and then the team has the audacity to send an email that I have not used the app in 6 months and all the credits will be taken. The scamsters have taken my credits. Not recommended. Just deleting the app and the team can have my credits and sort out their lives.

Fastest customer support in a matter of minutes, had a problem with recharging my account + not being able to login due to being blocked in my country, both solved with solutions proposed by the team, besides the app already has very good quality international calls and cheap rates also.

Donāt use this app
Iām using the app since 2015 and for the past 2 month the service is very bad, the call repeating itself every 2 minutes, after 2 minutes suddenly you will hear the call from the beginning like it was recorded, i have reported the issue to them and they asked me to do a lot of test for them, however i did use 3 different Internet connection 2 is high speed leased lines and the mobile LTE, all is just the same, at the end of the test they only reply with one answer that the problem is with my ISP, for the second month Iām losing around 45min which costing me near 5$ with nothing from the support.
Donāt waste your time with this app and wish apple will take action.

Poor quality voice echo
Voice echos from both side of a call. Cannot listen what the callers are saying. The voice throws back.
Bad quality with headphone
Quality good but with headphone getting extra noice. Itās on IOS latest version. I thought after the new update it will solve but still same issues remain. So no rating or new purchase.

Great app i been using it for more then 3 years
Not like it was before
I have been using Nymgo since 2011 and it used to be good but now itās just worthless cause it wonāt connect even when Iām connected to the internet and it will says that it seems like youāre not connected to the internet.

2. Have very tough time connecting every call. Have to redial 4-5 times each time before call is connected. Google voice in contrast gets connected in one shot
