I recharged my number 3 hours ago, they charged my card but I received nothing until now , and there is no support to talk with .

It looks nicer but no matter what I do to recharge my number it won't take. Keep saying invalid, despite rearranging it every possible way. Also there is no customer service contact info to let them know.
