About
Nyra is a symptom-based nutrition app for women with irregular periods, PCOS or perimenopause — and for anyone who is tired of guessing where they are in their cycle.
Most cycle-syncing apps first predict your phase, then tell you what to eat. If your cycle is irregular, the prediction is wrong and so is the advice. Nyra skips the prediction entirely: you tell it how you feel today, and it turns your symptoms into a day of meals and a short movement session — in about 15 seconds.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Daily check-in — energy, discomfort, cravings, sleep and mood. A few taps.
2. Today's plan — what to go for, what to ease off, and a day menu: breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack, each with a photo and a Swap button.
3. Move a little — a guided 5, 12 or 18-minute session picked for how you feel, or the next step of a 4-week program.
4. Snap your meal — Nyra's AI food recognition reads calories, protein, carbs and fat from one photo and adds it to today's meals. No barcode, no typing.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Symptom-matched nutrition: cramps → magnesium-rich meals and ginger tea; bloating → potassium, smaller meals, less salt; low energy → protein plus slow carbs; sweet cravings → dates with nut butter, not a "forbidden" list.
• Recipes with full ingredients and steps. Browse by meal, save favourites, add them to a shareable shopping list; vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and your allergies are always filtered.
• Guided sessions: Rest (5 min of breathing and stretching), Light pace (12 min) and Strength (18 min, bodyweight only) — step by step, with a timer and 30 short videos.
• A 4-week program: 3 sessions a week at Easy or Medium level. No dates, nothing to miss.
• Gentle on hard days: with low energy or strong pain, the plan shrinks to one easy meal and 5 minutes of rest.
• Your week at a glance: movement minutes next to the WHO's 150-minute guideline.
• Cycle day counter and monthly calendar — a plain count from the last period you logged, never a prediction.
• Optional Apple Health link: your period dates and last night's sleep are read for you — read-only, stays on your phone.
• Your own patterns, counted from your history: "Cramps: usually cycle days 1–3".
• A short daily card to understand your body, with its source.
• A plain-text summary for your doctor — cycle lengths and symptom counts, shared only if you choose.
• 12 languages: English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Русский, العربية, 日本語, 한국어, Bahasa Indonesia.
MADE FOR IRREGULAR CYCLES
Regular, irregular, PCOS, perimenopause or "not sure" — you choose during onboarding and Nyra adapts its notes. "I don't remember my last period" is a real button, not an error.
NO GUESSWORK, NO FREE-TEXT AI ADVICE
Every recommendation comes from a fixed, hand-written rule table, and each plan links to its sources — NHS, NIH, ACOG, WHO and published studies. AI only recognises food in photos — it never invents nutrition advice. No diagnosis, no treatment claims, no calorie targets, no BMI, no "good" and "bad" foods.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account, no email, no sign-up. Your answers, meals and history live only on your device. A meal photo is sent for analysis once and is not stored. One button deletes everything.
HONEST PRICING
Nyra Plus includes everything — check-in, today's plan, recipes, sessions, the calendar and your history. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial; the price is shown before you tap, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings. No hidden fees, no surprise renewals.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Nyra is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek a doctor's advice in addition to using Nyra, and before making any medical decision. Nyra does not predict ovulation or fertility and must not be used for contraception.
