Crashes constantly with new phone
This 5 star app has dropped to a 1 star. Just replaced my old IPhone 7 with a brand new IPhone 14 with IOS 17.0.3 .
I can no longer use this App. It worked great with old Iphone but not anymore. When I select anything the program quits.
Until the developers fix the bugs with the latest IOS operating system it is useless .
An otherwise excellent App which I hope to be using again soon .

It’s not great
Crashes with the new IOS so can’t use it. Lots of weird spelling errors and it’s organized poorly. I don’t care about “acknowledgments” in the middle of app when I’m trying to find something in an emergency.
Outdated protocols
PLEASE DO NOT USE TO TREAT PATIENTS - these protocols are at least two generations out of date at this point.
Doesn’t work
I would love if this app actually worked. I can change the region but that’s it. If I try to tap anything else it force closes. Would be so much easier to use the app at work than trying to look it up online.
New update 😠
Since installing the latest update, the only part of the app that works is, Med control & the tools. The rest of the options shut the app down when you click on them. I have uninstalled, reinstalled with no luck.
Unable to stay on this app
I’ve use this app for a while, but now it keeps kicking me off and I’m not able to open any of the programs. I’ve tried to contact the app with no luck. Hoping they see this and fix there app. Please

All sections are not greyed out like the beginning. Difficult to see different sections. Could be much easier and developer should fix that.

Bring the app forward into the future
More could and can be done with this app but I guess the simple things first. Most of the codes to the hospitals have changed. How about updated list of what protocols have changed? New lay out?

Search feature
I can’t understand why the search feature doesn’t allow you to search for specific words and open any protocols that meet that word. Frustrating if you need to find something quickly.

Search feature does not work with IOS / Apple. This is a serious issue. The app is intended for use in emergency medical situations. If you don’t know specifically what protocol(s) your patient’s issue may fall under, you can not search for it if you have an Apple phone. The developer website and support functions are nonexistent at this time.

It’s a great start!
A lot of good and useful information but it needs to support more than Apple Maps. Should be able to select between Apple or Google Maps. Unable to use mapping as I use Google.
The search function
The protocol search function (search bar at the top) has not worked for years. For example if you are looking for the pain management protocol. And type “pain” in the search all you get are the cardiac arrest protocols.
Good but...
It is a good app, but it desperately needs an update. Nassau county has now signed on to the collaborative, but they are not included in the list, neither is their medical control info. There are several other updates needed as well
Please fix the search!
This is a great resource for the content but search does not work in the current version and the topics are not ordered alphabetically. This makes it hard to use as a resource on a real call because you cannot find information quickly. Please update it!
Search Feature No Longer Works
It is a great app but after the latest update it seems to be buggy and unorganized. The search feature no longer works when searching for a specific protocol.
Will not open
App will not open no matter how many times I download the app or restart my phone. Contacted support and never heard anything back.

It’s 2019 so this is the go to source for protocol questions. It’s a decent app. Big free. Smooth. Easily accessible information.

Could be a simple change like a drug is now available IN as well as IV/IM... or it could be a big one like facilitated intubation being completely removed from our protocols.
