NYSSA Snowmobile New York is a paid mobile application that provides snowmobile trail maps and status updates for New York State. A portion of the proceeds supports snowmobiling initiatives in the state.
Yes, the app offers both online and offline map capabilities. Offline map updates are available daily, ensuring you have access to trail information even without an internet connection.
Trail status, closures, and reroutes are maintained by over 200 NYSSA clubs who have live administrative access to update information. New trails are also added and updated regularly.
You can find fuel, food, lodging, parking, ride locations, parts and service, and scenic or points of interest recommended by NYSSA and local clubs.
The app costs $4.99 and is a purchase for the 2022-2023 season. It will continue to work through October 2023 and will time out on November 1st, 2023.
You will need to make another purchase for the 2023-2024 season, as the current purchase is valid only through October 2023.
NYSSA Snowmobile New York supports iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices.
