This app is a joke
The idea of the app is a really good and could really benefit a lot of people - but its poor execution and design just makes it pointless and counter-productive :( caused me MORE stress. Please have it work like it’s advertised or just take it down.

Hi, We are sorry to read about your experience. However, we would like you to know that it is not technically possible to wait 5 hours in a chat session. Thus, unfortunately, your session probably timed out due to either toggling away from the open chat window or backgrounding the app. If you would like to provide specific details about your case, please email health.feedback@nyu.edu. We would be happy to support you, but we believe that the App Store is not a confidential method of communication for discussions containing personal health information.

We are sorry to hear you got disconnected and would like you to know that there is no time limit for chat; however, clinical assessments dictate the amount of time a clinician spends with an individual. Due to patient privacy, feedback about clinical services should be provided to the Student Health Center Patient Advocate at health.feedback@nyu.edu.

We’ve shared your input with our team and it seems that an iOS keyboard issue was causing these problems. We’ve just released a hot fix to address this issue.
