Nags you for IAP to do pretty much anything; just use the web interface
I downloaded this considering the lifetime license as I don't rent software, but I found the constant "this is a premium/ultra feature" pop-ups so off-putting that I felt I had to write a review. The list of what you can do is far shorter than what you can't: you can view your queue, pause/resume it (but not individual items, apparently even if you pay for it), view RSS feeds (but not fetch them) and search for NZBs. That's all, and what's worse is that it doesn't even work well — it barely actually controls nzbget, it seems the developer's attention was mostly focused on developing "premium" features like notifications.
A developer needs to prove their product is worth buying before I'm willing to buy it; this doesn't even come close. I will just use nzbget's web interface instead, it works very well in Safari and has more functionality in controlling nzbget, which this app purports to do. You have to subscribe for notifications — you don't get them if you purchase "premium" — which was my main interest for this, so not having them (even if I had bought it!) changes nothing for me.

Hey, Thanks for your feedback, Premium is a one-time, lifetime purchase for a very cheap price that unlocks pretty much everything in the app. Push notifications are a subscription as I have to pay for hosting servers to send the notifications, I also priced it as a really cheap yearly subscription that doesn't currently cover the cost of hosting. It's been a long time since I looked at the free version of the app (the app is 10 years old now), so I'll take another look at the free version of the app and see if I can make the free feature set fairer. Very handy
This has been a very handy app for when Im sitting on the couch and have a random idea to download. Super simple, seems to be update frequently and it works.

Hey. I've got a feature request. I'd love to add an additional layer of security to my selfhosted services so it would be awesome if you could implement ClientID/Secret HTTP Header support in your app.

Love this app but I was wondering if it could be better to also support Sabnzbd as well given that nzbget is now abandoned. Is this possible to support sab also?
Removed a lot of features unless you pay for them
This app used to have many functions, such as pausing, that have been removed in favor of a new “premium” subscription model. They didn’t add any value to the app, they just took away its existing functions. It’s one of the most spineless moves I’ve seen on the App Store. Garbage company, garbage support, and predatory pricing. Don’t support these people. They wouldn’t support you.

Purchased Restore
I can’t seem to restore my purchase. I click the restore button and it says “Premium Purchased Succesfully!”
But after that the premium features aren’t activated, tried restarting app and reinstalling.

Kann damit nichts anfangen. Nutze den Tangysoft Client mit Usenext Zugang auf dem Rechner. Hatte gehofft einen mobilen Zugang zum Netz zu bekommen um nicht immer an den PC zu müssen um zu schauen was es für neuen Content gibt… Tutorials sind auch eher semi geil.

After several reinstalls then fiddling with the Windows firewall I’ve managed to get this working and now it is, it’s really good.
Could do with some tips on connection though. Plus once it failed to connect I needed to force close the app before I could retry.

Great NZBGet tool
A great NZBGet client. The author is responsive and constantly updating it. Worth the premium features too.

Kaum Mehrwert zum Web-Interface. Dazu kommen nervige, animierte Werbebanner, die sich über den Inhalt legen. Nein danke. Ist wohl ein Hobby-Projekt, das überwiegend existiert, um zu versuchen, dem Entwickler etwas Geld zu machen. Die anderen Apps von ihm scheinen leider auch eher mäßige Lösungen auf der Suche nach einem Problem zu sein.
