Worst ordering platform
Terrible service, slow it’s been 13 days since my orders delivery date and I get generic pre typed responses of no resolution in response. Not quite sure how they are still operating with the name NZ in it as they are not in the country and sell things they don’t yet own. I encourage anyone interested in NZSALE to google their multiple business complaints from the commerce commission.

Not received the order yet
I orders 2 Casio watches and it’s been one month not arrived yet.Ghe tracking provided is not updated from last 15 days.Mailed to the customer service more than 3 times and no response from them.There is no live customer service or phone numbers to contact.Looks like lost the money feel like scammed

Useless app
I have tried multiple to open the app it does not accept my email and it says “forgot yr password “ so then I follow the link to reset my password and then it tells me it is an incorrect link so I am able to use the app to make a purchase it absolutely ridiculous they are missing out on sales because of their app is unstable

dont get ripped off
I ordered an electric scooter but ended up not receiving it and eventually receiving something else. They regarded the matter by saying that it was a “listing order” and the manufacturer got the wrong item or something but I smell something fishy going on. Please dont waste your time with Nzsale they will try to rip you off and make you do a refund process and some sort.

It would be good to have an option on Wishlist that once it’s sold we can clear it off rather then have it sit there. Also, if left in cart it should go onto the Wishlist when items not brought.

NZ Sale has been my fav site to shop. I was able to get branded items for a reasonable price. Keep up the great services
Not as good
I have been using the app for years now and I don’t have issues with changes. I welcome them when they are good. However, the last change done a few months ago made the app worse. Quite often you select a sale and it leads you to a error page. It has less options than previously to filter. I went back to other shopping apps that I stop using in the past because they were not as good as NZSALE used to be. But NZSale app now isn’t as good. Other annoying aspect is that the same item is in multiple categories. Plus when something is on the front page advertised but then it is not in the list of options to buy. Other thing to be aware is that I have found few items more expensive on NZSale than on its original websites. Last, but not least, do not believe on the percentage they say the product has been discounted. It is the same price, they just say it has been discounted a x%. It still have some good deals, but you need to be attentive.

NZ Sale an awful dishonest company
I’ve had several terrible experiences with this company, they don’t respond to requests for help with returns and have photos on the website that don’t represent the products accurately. If they send the wrong colour item they take no responsibility and refuse to cover return shipping, or refund as they treat as a ‘change of mind’ I felt awful after dealing with their customer service team they are quite nasty. Beware of this company they are dishonest and just not good people running it.

The app malfunctioned and placed my order without receiving confirmation. I only noticed after I checked my account : more disappointing - the sale reductions of the product didn’t reflect what I had paid

Have been using this app for a few years now and normally it’s great. Noticed over last few updates that the functionality of the app has decreased…to the point the search function does work anymore. Very frustrating. Also I can no longer see my previous orders. I hope these faults get improved soon.
