Cameras work well, but new policy doesnโt allow cameras to store more than a few seconds of an alarm trigger for review. Used to save 15 seconds now says to view more must purchase cloud space. Was free for up to 3 days of memory just having the app. Maybe they think the quality is worth it. Guess gotta switch brands again. Nice pics mostly not much video

Saving is dysfunctional
Itโs impossible to save a simple video clip from the TF card. You try and save 1 minute and the app saves 5 mins from a different place in recording. Makes the camera totally useless.
Videos are capped to 3 seconds now
Company is pushing for cloud subscription also I have seen delays in motion detection and recording - unacceptable and unfortunately I am forced to find another product with local storage

Need regular updates
This app need more better update to help with full functionality of the camera. What security is the camera doing if you canโt get instant viewing even with strong WiFi signal
App does not connect to wifi
The camera connects successfuly but the app doesnโt!!! Very frustrating
Offline when I try to check at work
It works fine when I am at home and checking on my phone. But when I am at work, it always shows offline for some reason. There must be something wrong. I use WiFi and data both ways checking when I am at work, neither works.

Excellent Security camera & customer service
I purchase one of the double lens security camera with solar charger the camera cought my attention as it was exactly what I needed a camera always looking at whatโs most important this is the ball point cam stays on target while the other is capable of following people or motion period it happen to work out real nice I had to buy two more when the cams arrived the other two I mounted them later on. I noticed a notification I looked and saw a camera had alerted to motion but screen went black all functions besides the black screen worked I got ahold of the store told them what my issue was they promptly respond under 12 hrs I was asked to send the QR code allowing them to pair their diagnostic team checked it out and the store owner asks me for my address she is replacing it got to me in 3 days the thing I want to point out is this itโs been over a year that I had decided to mention that the camera isnโt working I had lost family members went into deep grieving a year went bye so quickly they honked it anyways when they could have said sorry itโs been over a year for this reason and for the cameras are awesome set and forget the charge remains full all the time I can see everything from cats , foxโs , a homeless man walking bye my window trying to peep in even catching the thief of my motorcycle he started walking off with my vehicle thanks to the alert from these cameras I was able to quickly get my motorcycle back and the purp had went to jail Iโm gonna be a returning customer at this store my recommendation is you ought to also . Thank your to awesome owners like this one who knows how to run a business and keep her customers happy ..! โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

The app wonโt sent notifications, even after changing settings. Makes the camera kinda pointless

Have to pay to watch video playback..
Used to be a decent app. At first there used to be no advertisements and then suddenly they started showing advertisements before you could view footage. I mean you could get a notification of someone trying to break into your house but you have to watch an advert from Temu first. Now they want you to upgrade to cloud storage to view footage that gets saved onto your SD card. Before you could preview the full footage now you can only preview 2 seconds of that footage unless you pay a monthly fee.
