The storage worked fine for 3 months, now it won’t allow to save any footage even with a micro card. They are trying to sell cloud storage for $50 a month. Ridiculous. Is a trap.

The concept is great. The app just freezes and rarely works
Camera stop working
We buy 4 of these cameras last year 2025 and installed them on our property in Ghana as there is no electricity as yet there. We installed and they worked for a month. You can’t get at least 3 months service from them as we have to be constantly asking some to go check solar. The back camera just eventually went offline even with solar panel in bright sunshine. The other 3 was working now this morning the front camera just went offline after I viewed it. At the time of viewing it was fully charged.The TF cards we purchased are compatible and worked perfectly fine. Another thing the system keeps asking us now to buy cloud storage also. Had we known about all this drama we would have never purchased them. Am very disappointed with them

Solar Camera is Offline
The solar panel is very weak didn’t lasted more than 3 months and now it would Not recharge so from time to time I manually charge the device using my Samsung S23 Ultra USB Type C cable but the the charge stays less than 7-8 hours and then it goes Offline, it always says Camera offline.
Great camera, highly invasive app
Forces access to my entire photo library, or no option at all to export. All or nothing. There is no option to export a single video clip or image that I recorded myself - no "Add Photos Only" style limited access that actually works. Choosing iOS's limited access option prevents you from downloading anything at all, so it's full access to all your private videos and photos, or nothing gets exported. This is pretty preposterous for a security camera app. On top of that, they have recently started asking me to consent to sharing my personal data with third party advertisers. For a security camera app that is purchased for privacy and security this is not acceptable, being pushed to hand over my data to advertisers in order to use the app is ridiculous and it is the opposite of what such a product should be about. The camera hardware is excellent, the app is a serious problem.

It could be better
It’s ok but it could be better. Like save screenshots of certain events and just save them for a day n delete the next day if we don’t have subscription or as card. And every time I get a notification of someone at my door it doesn’t open the the camera only the app

Disappointing
Great, at first, but the cameras lose wifi abilities. Now the app, which committed to free 3 day video save, now opens with a commercial (good luck if you’re in a hurry to see what’s going on) and only shows 3 seconds of video, unless you’re willing to pay for cloud membership-per camera. They only switch after it’s too late to return the cams.

I bought 2 cameras in Temu that use this app. One camera images turned pink after 1 wk, no support to fix this.. The most frustrating thing about this app is the ad is displayed each time you open the app. You have to click Continue to App to go to your camera. Temu should have chosen a better app!!

Glitchy app…
I would recommend staying away from any devices that rely on this app, as the app itself is too unreliable. One day everything is working, the next day the same functionality is not .
I currently cannot receive notifications despite re-starting my phone, restarting cameras, uninstalling/re-installing the app, etc.
Trying to get support from the disappearing reps via chat within the app just adds to the frustration.

Bad device
It was working fine until the update and now can’t even watch 30second videos without forcing me to upgrade to paid services

You dirty dogs. I’ve complained many times about the fact you spam the app with ads when you need access to your camera and now in an update you’ve completely locked the ability to even view your videos behind a paywall you scum dogs. The ads was one thing but now I’m reporting you to ACCC this can’t be legal. Worst security camera and app I’ve ever experienced

Great if you like ads
Was initially very impressed with the camera and this app. Simple, effective and just what we needed.
Now every time we open app and want to see the camera feed you have to wait and click through ads.
Poor user experience, I’d even settle for small $ fee for ad removal

I had an issue figuring out how to connect via hotspot and Tracy in customer service was patient and worked with me until I got it figured out. Surprisingly good customer service - 5 stars for Tracy
