No alerts and no response from support
I got a 2-cam pack, downloaded the app, charged the cam batteries and began setup. Initially, the cam volume was so loud during setup it startled the neighbors. Setup is not intuitive, nor are the icons. The limited instructions are in very broken English translation. And the software is brutal about marketing for paid cloud memory.
I mounted both cams about 12’ high to cover a large area (think barn interior). Initially I got alerted for movement, and for nothing. Now I don’t get any alerts at all.
The only contact is through a feedback link in the app that doesn’t provide any email record. The link says a response will be made in days. It’s been weeks and no reply.
I’ve changed every possible setting but still do not receive any alerts. When I first set the cams up, I could walk in view and get alerts. Now, walking in view of the cam does not create an alert.
The cams still mostly record correctly, but no alerts.

horrible app it crashes each time am viewing a recording app closes immediately..since the new app design it started doing this!
iPadOS version needs work
I can control and view my cameras on my iPhone but on my ipad the cameras never authenticate

The most recent update I thought crashed my entire system. After a little work, everything is working. Great cameras. Easy install and adjustments.
Battery hungry
Downloaded today to run two cameras. The app is very battery hungry. The cameras work OK all tested the app sent alerts showing humans in frame and I was able to shout at my husband as he came through the gate. I set up the cameras using YouTube and ensured all the settings were as instructed. To view the footage you click to card not cloud. Seems ok. You are not allowed to view the footage from an alert message as this will prompt a you must buy something

ads on app
i never had a security camera software that has or display ads on the app when you open the app or try to view the cameras
sorry but this is a deal killer, recently the seller dissaperaed from amazon
i will use the product for a while because i paid money for it but as soon as i get a chance i will replace the camera for something better, like a known brand even if it cost more, in the past i had zmodo and reolink
at least i was smart enough to order just a single unit because i wanted to test the product first, glad i did
i will understand putting ads on a free software but i already paid for the camera, the camera software should not inlclude ads, i'm not sure even those who pay for a cloud subscription if they also get ads or if the ads are gone, either way terrible idea, the camera has a slot for a SD card
so it can record locally
no need to force customers into a subscrition
at the end people sense and know when someone is greedy
and is that same greed that will destroy your company because customers will walk away and move some where else
is ok to make money but do it by proving good quality products and service, not by trying to rip off your customers
if you want your customers to stay then remove the ads from the app, is really that simple

Stopped recording on cloud after few months
Like other people’s sentiments here. Same experience no resolution. The app was ok for few months then suddenly stopped recording on cloud even if you still have subscription on. They wanna get your credentials to fix the issue (which I don’t want to do). Support can’t do anything bout the problem. Will throw my cctv this is garbage.

Darkness Unwanted
Lately almost every time I launch the app, my screen immediately goes dark. Upon checking the Display and Brightness in iOS Settings, the Brightness slider has moved to the far left in almost complete darkness. Before I can use any app I am required to move the slider back to my preferred placement. This continues to happen and is the extremely frustrating and annoying. Please fix ASAP!

Not good anymore.
Use to give up to 3 days of free Cloud storage, now no more storage. Even for a day. It’s just like the others. Doesn’t worth it.

Doesn’t let me sign up for Cloud Storage
I installed the app, connected the camera and then clicked to sign up for Cloud Storage. I keep getting an error message. I also tried to upgrade the Firmware and it fails. Absolutely no customer support.
Latest iOS Update Broke Camera Connection
Since the latest update, the camera no longer works properly on iOS. The camera was working fine before the update, but now the live video does not load and the app gets stuck while trying to connect. Interestingly, the camera works on Android, so this seems to be an issue with the latest iOS update. Please investigate and fix this problem as soon as possible.
