App is not working
App doesn’t work nor the IT team
Pathetic app. Doesn’t allow to login. Forgot login credentials don’t work either. Been following up with O2 team for more than 8 months but no use. No one even responds. Not worth event 1 star

Even after sign up, app does not allow to login. I receive the password in the email which never works.

The app is good but profile updation change of password should be user friendly. Or OTP base pwd which is more secure
