won’t let me make an account!
it literally isn’t letting me make an account, whether it’s with my email or phone number. With phone number , it sent me a verification code but i never received it even after MULTIPLE attempts, and with email, it sends me an link through mail but it just takes me right back to the app and does literally nothing.

I loved this machine
As it says I loved it I still do! But I dropped it from my nail table and when I press the power button on it just beeps and light goes green for a quick second and turns off can you help me where can I send it to have it fixed. I read a lot of reviews complaining. About the app but mine never gave me issues, I love my machine I’ve had it for several years since 2019 and it’s very useful. Please help me get my O’2 Machine fixed.

Download pattern code? Can’t get any patterns
I can’t get any nail patterns! Asking for download code. Oh this is a hassle. They are not listed anywhere, only has the bulky square shape that’s available.

Network issues
I don’t know about everyone else by today is the only day I’m having network issues with my printer! My network connection is fine!
App crashes ALOT
9/10 times when I press ok to print after lining everything up, the app will just crash. On the times I can successfully print, I cannot move onto the next nail because the app freezes. I then have to close out the app and go through several crash cycles before I get the next nail to print. I love the machine however the app needs serious help.

There needs to be more pictures added to the app, and also nail shapes like deep French etc!

Wifi Problems
Keeps disconnecting through wifi so either doesn’t print at all or stops mid way through printing, not happy

nice but doesn't let you do a gradient/ombre. Please update more patterns.

It’s a good app but I would really love to be able to have a section that I can upload my own photos from my phone or the internet and save them to an album on the app ready for use to print not just the saved designs from the nail store. It would save time for nail techs not having to go through their phone for that photo when they want to print it on the nails if it was already on the app. If you add this feature to the app it would be a 5/5 ⭐️. Thank you.

Poor
App just isn’t intuitive. Default gallery contains 6 designs and in the shop function the drop downs don’t work so you cannot filter or find what you need to add to them. Scrolling down through all the pictures takes forever.
We used a design code in the pattern download function and it came back with “no” even though it uses that code if you download it from the picture in the shop.
The version history is sketchy and there are no reviews????

Needs update
This app gives me nothing but issues with my printer ever since the new update to iPhone... seriously needs to fix this ASAP!!!!

It was working just fine when i got it but with the new update it is no longer syncing with my phone and giving me an error code 26. I’m a distributor , I cant sell this machine to anyone if the software is craping out when im trying to show them how it works.
Not work for galaxy S10
I buy this today and they not have the new update for Galaxy S10 not recommend until the update came out and who know when this happen
