Holistic Human Performance
I love that this app is holistic in nature and allows me to manage my training, nutrition and more in one place. Huge benefit that it connects to all of my wearable/trackable devices since I use several.

The O2X app is awesome for tactical athletes. It’s the only app I’ve used that has so many stock programs specifically designed for police officers and firefighters. The diet planner only takes a few minutes then you have an RD in your pocket

This app hits everything you need if you’re looking for a well-rounded, all-encompassing, human performance resource. Their workout programs, assessments, and workout generator are great, but they also offer meditation practices, yoga classes, healthy recipes, calorie meal plans and much more. This app does the best job of having all facets of health included. They have a workout generator, a meal

Buggy
Even though I’ve paid for the app it won’t let me access anything. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, cancelled and repurchased and it says I haven’t bought it and to buy it to access it. But then when I do go to buy it again it says oh you already have access. which I don’t because I can’t access anything!!! Super frustrating!!!

The sleep content in this app has improved my recovery scores better than anything I’ve tried! 5 Stars!
No longer worth the subscription
Since the last update l, there is no longer an option to view all programs in this app. There used to be an option to filter based on goals. Now I am only able to search with key words.
For the past two years rep schemes were removed from cardio and running sets in this app. The programs have no guidance for how many sets of a particular sprint, run, etc.
Moreover, on the workout previews for each program it lists the same exercises for the entire week.
are the above issues being addressed?
I really used to enjoy this app and the programs offered but now the app is almost unusable. I’ve used and paid for this app for about four years but am reconsidering my subscription after these changes. I am no longer getting my money’s worth out of this app and it feels like the developers have completely abandoned it.

Search que refreshing
Every time I go to filter workouts, the whole que resets and filters back to the top after scrolling for 5 seconds. App worked beautifully before so I’m not sure what this new update introduced. It’s basically unusable now.
Takes Forever to load
App takes forever to load and lacks many modern features other apps already have… they need to bring this current and up to date if they wish to compete with similar apps that already do this stuff.
Awesome Performance App
The app has a lot to offer from workouts and recipes to tips/guides for mental performance (sleep, stress, building effective habits). It is easy to navigate and if something is not available, you get access to human performance experts to get what you need!

The workout plans are so good but the app takes forever to load and sometimes crashes.

The workouts are good and I’ve been to the in person seminar; it’s good stuff.
That being said the app is absolutely subpar majority of the time. Unbelievable load times and will not let you do anything in a timely manner. Supposedly bugs are being fixed, I can tell you from a end user standpoint it might as well it hasn’t. It can be so amazing but it is so full of bugs it’s more of a pain than honestly its worth

I came to this app looking for a basic way to look into improving nutrition and potential workouts. I have been using the app for a few months now and I have been blown away with the effectiveness of the programs offered. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve health or just explore different ways to workout and eat.
