This application is a scam
They took the session money then re-scheduled it via Whats app message then the app kept saying session was skipped even though it was rescheduled by them and they have no customer services no one answers what’s app or email and I can’t even have my money refunded.
I don’t advise anyone to use this app it’s a scam. They will take your money and the session won’t happen.

A LITERAL SCAM
I literally got scammed my therapist session was meant to start 7:00 pm and i got there on time then now its 7:55 and she didn’t get in.. i was hoping for being better and now i have a new issue in my life

Convenient and easy to use
I like how you can look at each therapist’s area(s) of expertise so you can make a better choice for your needs. The convenience of being able to do your session anywhere, without the worry of commuting or waiting lists, is an amazing plus too.
The app gets glitches sometimes, but it’s not major stuff and overall it’s pretty great.
