Kindly give us some solutions , this app is never working , always shows as invalid email / password & neither able to change password nor logout .

Doesn’t work at all on iOS and the school dowsnt even bother fixing it
Need to improve this app for iPhone
For parents with two or more kids, there is no way to switch between see their profiles and see the information. We have to logout and login again with a different password. Also whenever there is an update to the app, we have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Else it simply crashes.

Better, the school management consider removing this app from AppStore. Never useful of this app for anytime. I guess for the name sake the school having this app.

Terrible iPhone app does not work at all
The iPhone app simply does not work at all. None of the information is populated and if you click anything the app crashes everytime.
This is not a recent issue but has been this way for atleast 6 months - I was hoping there would be some update but I'm not sure anyone cares or tests this at all.
Called Oakridge school helpdesk and told them several times but nothing is done at all. Better to just remove the app

A very poorly designed app. Crashes most of the times. In fact rarely works on iPhone. Easier to go to school and fetch data than use this app!
