Can’t use
I downloaded for a year usage and can’t use any of the functions. They don’t even show up. All I can use it for is tracking but it doesn’t measure anything. Please help or refund my money

This app is a rip off! It does not do everything it says it does. Then they respond with a generic response. I wish i seen the reviews before. Anywhere advertised i will be advertising ppl not to download.
No Data
I connected all of the required apps so this platform could collect my data, but it still shows nothing. I followed the setup instructions carefully, and everything appears to be connected correctly, yet no data is syncing or displaying. It’s frustrating because the app is essentially unusable without the data it promises to collect. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Does NOT do BP
I ordered this app because it says it indicated it can provide a blood pressure reading via your Apple Watch. This is totally wrong they do not provide this at all. You’re required to enter it manually. I also can’t cancel by membership even though I have had it for less than 4 hrs. This app does nothing more than what you Apple Watch does on it own.

There is no free trial. They charge you as soon as you try the app. I asked for refund of yearly cost and was told no. I deleted app same day I downloaded it!! This is ridiculous apple! Refund my false charge for the year!!!!

Full uninstalling this, not free app. So your definition of FREE is way different than what is stated in the dictionary. So why would I want to buy something that I don’t even know if I’ll really like it. Yeah you are using my own Apple health information to sell it back. Lol what a joke!!!

This app was advertised as being able to read blood pressure from Apple Watch. It is the ONLY reason I downloaded it. Then I thought, oh maybe I’m supposed to pay for premium in order for the blood pressure to read from my watch. It’s a scam! I want my money back ASAP. False Advertisement… you all should be taken to court by someone who actually has the time and energy to do so

Blood Pressure Monitoring App
I thought your App would allow me to take my blood pressure by putting my finger over my camera. But no it doesn’t. I wasted my money again. Your app will not even tract my blood pressure. I do not see any benefit by having your app over my health app in my iPhone tells me. I guess there is no chance for a refund! I’ll chalk it as bad investment for not reading the fine print. I’m 76 years old!

This app was very misleading. I was led to believe based on a video that this app takes your blood pressure. It doesn’t. They had already taken my money. It tracks everything that my Apple Watch already does as well as my Ora ring. Don’t buy this app!

False advertising. The app does not measure BP even though it clearly says that in the ad. Do not subscribe if you are looking for BP measures.
Stuck on Alert
I’ve had the app a few days. I workout, good blood pressure and no issues but every single days shows “alert” and it’s freaking me out. No matter what I do or how good my sleep data and batter are….”alert”. Also it won’t let me type in my blood pressure and save it. Last BP 111/77. One more week and if it keeps me in “Alert” I’m deleting.

This app does not take your blood pressure but you have to manually input it in.
