Button selection
At times, the app will randomly select “vacuum” instead of “wash” and I cannot wash without going through the vacuum first. Sometimes, however, it happens multiple times in a row where I hit vacuum, vacuumed, and went back to wash but it was unavailable. This has happened approximately three times in a year, not that you can’t manage, just annoying.

Blinking lights in soft touch wash feedback
The blinking lights in soft touch wash can induce seizures in susceptible individuals so either stop it or give a warning.

Usually good but glitchy
A few times now I went to use my subscription and the app wouldn’t open the camera to let me use the QR code. Without a code I’m forced to either pay out of pocket for a single wash, or drive off dirty.
