Haven’t used it for sleep yet
I did test it sounds great not like a cheap radio, will use it for sleep and to keep my dogs relaxed great app thanks!
Really relaxing
Love the soundscapes and meditation music with the background theta waves. Beautiful UI and simple to adjust the levels. I really like that the hz adjustment also tells you what that wave length is helpful for so I’m not guessing what I’m adjusting to
